I'm so proud that it's almost a sin.
So the school year is coming to a end and so the kid's are finishing up all there fun things.
Paris got to go on a trip to woolford Prov. Park (like 30 min's away and really not exciting) But She was excited. She came home with so many fun stories that we all had to individually sit through. Brody got to go on his final Field trip to the Japanese Gardens, then to the Stan sewick pool in lethbridge. He had a great time as well.
The two kid's signed up to be in a little musical to preform in from of the whole elementary school. So they practiced Tuesday and Thursday's after school. I am so proud of them sticking to it. Brody was one of two boy's in it and Paris was the youngest, (there were no other grade ones in it) They both did so well, I went up to the final practice cause i new the little boy's would not handle the whole program, They did awesome. Mom and Falene went and watched the program and Mom took pictures. I was so glad cause i had totally forgot. The kid's did well, Paris looked a little lost in the whole singing and moving at the same time. (she has her mothers' dancing skill's I'm afraid) Brody did awesome, he sings loud and did all the action's Minus holding the girls hands. Hehe.
So today was the triathlon. Paris was the Biker on her team. Her team had a slower swimming start but she made up for it with her biking. She whipped past at least 3 other kid's with ease well until she had a helmet malfunction (oops i think it needs to be tightened) and then us yelling her name totally threw her off her game. (Note to self just cheer don't say her name). She gets so concerned about who's talking to her she forgot to watch were she was going. Anyway she was so speedy and made up tonnes of time for her team.
Brody did a one man show! He did his own swimming (walking through the pool, and flailing his arms). He was one of the first out of the pool and ran to his bike and I was waiting for him and kid's and there bikes kept coming but no B, Hmmm I looked harder and there he was running around trying to find his bike. Someone had moved it. So finally got on his bike and took off. He was able to make up tonnes of time on the bike. and he was about 5th coming across the line. He dropped his bike and away he went and holy cow did he go. All you saw was a flash of white body with his little rib's jiggling up and down. He whipped around the track twice no problem, and came in a bit behind the first kid! What a kid!
The kid's have grown so much in the past year, I've really noticed Paris growth, in her reading and writing, She's a awesome sister and is always willing to help with any work that needs to be done. and Brody is almost at his 6 month mark of no Picking (You may not understand picking but for those of you in the know, It's a huge deal for us). He's doing great in school. He's such a good big brother to the little boy's and a huge help to me
