My Crafty Kid's

Paris Was thrilled Friday when she got home from school. She was chosen to take there class dopey home for the weekend. It's a stuffed Donkey and I've got to say, Not that I'm paranoid or anything but I'm glad she got it first before it went to any other house and had a chance to get cooties! Anyway she has to take it every were she goes and then write about it when she takes it back on Tuesday.

So on a seemingly (not sure that's a word) unrelated note i got a new sewing machine today!! Yep that's right brand new. My other one I've had for 7 years and I've worn it right out i was debating if i should get it serviced again for $70 or just go buy a new one for $190 New one out. So Brad and i set up a space for the old one so the kids could use it.

So this is how the two relate to each other. The Kid's got out some fabric and crafted all by them selves this nifty back pack to carry dopey in. B was the designer and sewed part of it (since he had learned in grade one how to sew) and Paris sewed the rest. Anyway i was pretty impressed. This was the finished product!

Where's the Beef?

That's that question that runs through my mind every time i see B in a swim suit. Kid's in General are all built different but it seem's B's the one in our family that sticks out. The other kid's are thin but B is so thin all the bones in his body stick out. Paris is a average build as is Blaze (except for his little 2 treat's a day belly) and we believe Knox is well on his way to being built like Blaze. But our little B i do believe could one day be blown away in one of our southern Alberta Breezes.





The kid's had fun at the spray park Thursday. It's been a full week of school and I've got to admit i've loved it! I seem to get so much more done in the day with only two kiddies at home. Actually it's usually just one at home. Blaze and Grandpa have there morning outing for a hour or two and then Blaze comes home to eat lunch and a nap and then Grandpa comes and picks him up to go pick up the kid's from school. I think i like it as much as Blaze does. He gets excited every morning asking when Papa's coming?

Back to school!!!!!!!

So im remembering back to the days i had my sweet baby's it was 4 of the happiest day's of my life but today was the 5th! BACK TO SCHOOL! This year is a super year since both kid's are in full time! Paris started grade one and Brody grade 2. Brody was so excited he woke up before me got dress and then stood beside my bed until i woke up! Paris we did have to wake up but once she was up she was excited.

So we got to school and we had pre ordered supplies which was super great except we had to put names of every single item they had! 100 and 75 pencil/crayon/markers later i was finally done, I walked out of the school sweating and finished the day writing Bw and pw on everything.

It was super exciting but tomorrow will be the first full day which is super stellar. I think Blaze will miss the kid's but he's pretty good on his own and really who am i kidding all he needs is Grandpa.

Paris was so excited to wear her new outfit. She did have a different hair do in mind that her and Tatum had invented but it consisted of a pony in her bangs so i kyboshed that idea by letting her wear the scarf in her hair. Pick your battels right.
