So We (I) decided that it was time to get rid of my green in the house. I love it but I was getting a little tired of it, and since we are selling the house we thought we better do a more neutral colour and maybe more people would like it??????? Hmmmm really I don't know and i was hesitating cause it seemed like such a huge task. Anyway Brad talked me into it (and worked extra long Friday so he did not have to go into work Sat. so he could help me. I had seen the Foe-Paneling on a few blogs and I loved it. I thought it would give the room a bit more dimension. and would not be quit so boring.
So we got this paint at Totem. It's called Boomerang, It's recycled?!?!?!? Not sure how or why but they had about 10 pre tinted colors to choose from. So after looking at the cheapest paint which would be $37 or this boomerang paint that was $15 a gallon we decided we would just pick one of those colors. We got it home and started painting it. Blahhhhhh I was not sure about it. Mostly because it was so plain and it had a bit of a peach/pink tones to it. Anyway I powered through and ended up Liking it ok. I'm not a huge fan of Neutral colors. Anyway this was the almost finished end result..............
Ok but here are the before.................

on a side note the lady did not know what she was doing at home depot and Brad took it all up front to pay for it. She rung it up and turned and said to Brad ok that will be 22.56. And my honest Brad said "um no it's not, it's like a hundred dollers". So she had to go get the superviser to figure out how to charge him.
