I Went down stairs to check on the little boy's yesterday. I came upon a crime scene...... A real who done it. Someone had got a hold of a Black Permanent Marker (yes i know i should keep them hidden, And i actually do) and proceeded to marker his Brother along with the T.V. The wall's and the Plug cover.
So our automatic suspicion pointed strait to Blaze. He's usually behind things like this. And he heard me coming down the stairs and ran and hid behind the cupboard. But If you remember back to This Post, Knox has been know to get marker happy, and he really has a fascination with Outlet's where Blaze really does not. Hmmmm Between the two of them i don't think there is really a Innocent party.
My question now is how to remove the Permanent marker before Sunday (that's the only day the boy's leave the house, except to go to Grandma's and we know she won't judge us). Hmmmm A couple week's ago Blaze made a ink pen explode all over his face and Mom used Hairspray to get it off. I guess we'll try that but I'm afraid it will have to flake off with there skin!
I guess i would worry more if they cared more but they just don't. Blaze woke up this morning and asked if it was gone. Brad went to great lengths to explain what PERMANENT means. But alas it flew right over Blaze's head and I'm sure the minute he finds the pen again he'll do the same thing.
I'm laughing....not at the boys....at you. I can just imagine the looks and stares you'll get when you take them out.....hehe!!!

ReplyDeleteI really don't know why we even have perm. markers in the house, it's just asking for trouble if you have kids under 8 in the house. Ella is our lover of markers. Nothing too crazy, just 1/2 her backdoor, her window, I'm sure the back of her closet door are covered too.
ReplyDeleteOur "big" insident with Perm marker was when I was painting the dressers in the garage, and I had all the kids in the van too keep them contained, warm and vapor free. Well I guess I had a marker in there.. on the seat, window, Keera's coat.. those are all the places i've found it so far..
I just love how pleased they look with themselves.. all these will make fantastic photos for thier wedding days. :)

Kd, I've got some stuff that might take the marker out. I got sharpie out of our couch with it. It's a foaming spot remover. I could bring it by...if I dare to go out. --Becky
