Pretty exciting......

Today was the most amazing day!!!

Brad got to stay home from work since we came home a day early and he had already moved all his patients to the other hygenist chair. So he got up and did a tiling job this morning. And Blaze Knox and I kinda got the house cleaned up. Kinda meaning i cleaned and Blaze uncleaned. So we gave up on that pretty quickly and ran up to get the mail...................................

Yep that's the most exciting part. I got 3 parcles. One was Foxx new boots, which if fun. We are giving them to foxx for christmas.

Ok the second was my book!!!!

I use the blog a little bit like a journal and had every intenstion of printing off the post and keeping them in a binder but i have not yet done that, and i've got over 100 post and it seemed like a major undertaking that i just was not prepared to do. So when i heard about this company from another blog (thanks Jennie), I jumped on it. All you pretty much have to do is put in your blog address and it creates it into a book and prints it all off!!! I love it and im going to do it each year so it really can me my journal.

and third...............

Yep this one i opened and i let out a squeal. If your my family and are reading this you understand the squeal. I love fabric. I like to sit and look at it. Brad asked me what i was going to do with it all, And all i could reply is look at it. I'll make special trips out to my sewing room just to look at the fabric. Dumb i know but It's my addiction.

So in all Brad got to stay home (well kinda) I got Fabric and my book in the mail. See it does not take much to make me super happy!

Why i love these guys.....

We went on a road trip up to Lloyd to a craft show this weekend. The craft show was not as good for us this year but still not horribly bad. But we did get to have a super crazy fun weekend with Jayme and Lara.

On the way home today i got to thinking about my family and how much i love them, for example.....

This guy.............


What other person would volunteer to stay and watch all 7 kid's and Dad while we went to the craft show? He did not have to cause Jay did get the days off but still.
What other person takes care of the kids' with no complaint for 6 weekends in a row? Yep that's right 3 craft show weekends next weekend with the sisters/mom and two weekends after that so i can go do pictures for a couple weddings.
What other guy loves me when I'm ugly, smelly and grumpy????? yep that's right, That's my guy!

This Gal............



I love this Lil' Gal just because she is my only baby girl. She is the sweetest little girl. She is so mellow and mild(hehe). OK really she is super funny when i take the time to have patient and listen to what she is saying. She's got a great sense of humor. And patient she has for her 3 brothers and her mom who kinda bug's her. She is a sweet little girl who, with a little praise, Will work her little tush off just to make you happy.

Now this guy.....

He is a pain in my butt, but he sure is a cute one. This was him eating his lunch of Mento's and Sunny D. I love him cause he has never ending hugs and Smooches. He will not say hi to anyone or go with anyone but if a total stranger asks for a smooch he's right there ready to give one!

The quite instigator. He silently starts' his sister going and leaves and hides and later claims he did nothing. He is fun to be around and has a good sense of humor oh if he could only get his knock knock jokes right and down to 10min./per joke, it would be funnier.

And Knox was sleeping just about the whole trip so i did not take a picture of him but he's such a sweet little boy. He's always always got a smile for anyone who talks to him. We are so happy to have him

As much as they all drive me crazy as a collective group sometimes, individually they are the best people I know and I love them all the more after crazy weekends like this one.

There is a first time for everything.......

Knox is growing so big and so fast it's hard to Keep up on everything he's doing.

Yesterday we cracked out the food. He's know 4 months old and so big and fat we thought it was time. So we did rice cereal and squash. (That's my secret trick. Feed them vege's for the first little while and then they will like them as much or more then fruit. It worked for B He loves all the nasty vege's and Paris is good at eating them as well. And Blaze could not live with out Broccoli. Probley a coincidence but still i try)

Anyway Knox did good besides getting is all over, which was kinda my fault as well.



So Blaze, The last 2 weeks, has learned to watch Cartoons. It's a happy day at our house. With the big kids' i totally restricted there TV time down to like 1/2 to a hour or maybe a movie. But this kid i will do anything to get him out of trouble and out of my hair. He's always into everything. So he Digs (sorry Big Guy) Barney! Blahhh The kid's leave for school and Barney is on right then. He loves it and honestly i love the quite time to get the house organized and ready for him to rip it apart again after Barney is over. Oh but those few minutes of silence are golden.

Ok This is how i caught him today watching Barney.

I have to explain...... He's never had a Binkie. The big kids had one forever and it was so hard to get rid of so when Blaze did not like his as a baby we did not force it at all . (i don't think that was a smart thing at all since instead of a binkie at bedtime he gets a sippy cup, but i digress).
So he's taken quite a liken to knox binkie and thinks if he can steal it from Knox with out him crying he's free and clear to give it a suck.


Im starting to understand Jayme and Ali's Point of view. They did have it harder then us growing up, Only cause Mom and Dad, If there anything like i am know, Had more ideals and the right way to raise a kid and by the time Missy and I came around they were just to pooped. At least that's the way i am with my kids and they are all still small.

O' Christmas Tree

Oh i love this time of year. I keep hearing other's putting up there tree, but this year i really wanted to get some new decorations. Last year and the year before we've had glass ornaments, which with Blaze they just don't do well. So this year i really wanted Plastic ones that he could handle without us having to pull out the vacuum each time. So we were going to wait till after this weekend up in Lloyd for the tree to come up but i could not wait. So i got into lethbridge today and got the decorations.

I've also been wanting a new tree since ours is as old as our marriage is. Not that is bad but it's a little charlie brown tree. But alas I've decided to wait till after Christmas when they are practically giving them away. But Me and the little boy's ventured into town and when decoration hunting. We decided to do the classic candy cane with a bit of green for our tree.

So here it is. It's a fun one with Lot's of jingles on it. Charlie brown or not we love it!

Our Sweet Baby.

Oh our baby is getting so big so fast. A week and a half ago his very first tooth popped threw! Yep that's right 3 1/2 month's he's got his first tooth. And just today he rolled over! Holy cow! Brad turned around and sure enough he rolled and buried himself in the carpet.

He's so big and handsome we are so glad he's part of our family.

Craft's Craft's Crafts.....

So this weekend was the second craft sale weekend for me! I work hard for a few months and cross my fingers for the best. This weekend was Cardston. Last year it was super busy busy and i did really well. This year the traffic was just not there. It was slow and I did not do as well. But i still sold and made some Christmas Money Which is super. I like the cardston sale a lot mostly cause Mom comes with me and she knows everyone and has a good visit with everyone and then Tell's me the connections that everyone has. So all in all it was a fun weekend for sure.

This coming up weekend is Lloyd Minster sale I'm doing with Lara this year. I've got my fingers crossed that it will go as good as last year. I kinda think people are scared to go out cause of the Piggy flu?

This is the last craft sale this year then I'm finishing up my orders and being done for dec. so i can do all my own sewing I've been wanting to do! Yea I've got about 6 quilts i want to get done plus some super sweet bag's i just got patterns for. YEA my own sewing!



And again the Kid's surprise "Snowballs" sold out! We forgot half of them at home so we did not have as many but sure enough they were gone the first day!

Wow! My day can only go one way from here!

I guess i should have thought twice before i said sure go ahead!

Today was a day i was going to be productive! I pretty much should know when i wake up in a productive mood chances are slim anything will get done, That's just how much luck is these days.

As i was in the bedroom getting dressed and ready to go to Costco this morning, My Darling little boy Blaze (totally sarcastic) came a trotting in with a box of cereal asking if he could have some. So me being in a hurry and just wanting to get out the door before it was to late, Said sure(thinking he would plop down on the couch and eat it out or the box. Boy was i mistaken. He wanted the full meal deal. The next think i heard was a splash and a drip drip.

At this point all i could do was hang my head, I knew exactly what had gone on without even looking. But slowly i gained the courage and momentum to go investigate. I was right........

and back to eating he went


Trying to play the glad game with this one was hard but i figured it out....
there was only a 1/2 gallon of milk left, i was glad for that.


The day did not get much better from there. We finally got to Costco but just a mere 45min short of nap time and i had to wait a hour for my pictures. So long story short, we were those people... your know exactly what I'm talking about. Those people you look at and think to yourself ,"good grief get control of that child, Boy if he was my kid" But nicely just walk by and smile. Yep that was us. Blaze was screaming and crying so hard one little girl noticed and her mom said oh he must be having a bad day. um excuse me who is having the bad day? The kids who's screaming and in turn is getting everything that he wants thrown into the cart just to make him be quite, Or the poor woman pushing the cart with a screaming child!

Ok I'm done, and the only thing good about this day pretty much is that it's done!
